We are seeking a highly analytical and curious Graduate Physicist to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates who enjoy solving complex problems, analysing data, developing models, and applying scientific principles to real-world business and technical challenges.No prior professional experience is required. Full training and mentorship will be provided to help you build practical skills in analytics, research, modelling, and problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyse, and interpret scientific and operational data.Apply mathematical and physical principles to solve business and technical problems.Assist in developing analytical and predictive models.Support research, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.Perform data validation, quality assurance, and statistical analysis.Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.Analyse trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams on cross-functional projects.Support simulation, modelling, and performance analysis activities.Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations.Assist in evaluating new technologies and analytical tools.Stay updated with emerging scientific and technological developments.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Astrophysics, Engineering Physics, or a related scientific discipline.Recent graduateStrong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and modern physics principles.Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent attention to detail and logical reasoning.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Eagerness to learn new technologies and analytical tools.Preferred SkillsBasic knowledge of Python, MATLAB, SQL, or R.Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.Understanding of data analysis, simulation, and computational modelling.Knowledge of scientific programming and numerical methods is an advantage.Academic projects involving research, modelling, simulation, or data analysis are beneficial but not required.What You'll GainStructured graduate training and mentoring.Hands-on experience with real-world analytical and scientific projects.Exposure to research, modelling, business analytics, and emerging technologies.Career progression opportunities in Data Analytics, Engineering, Scientific Research, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Technology Consulting, and Data Science.Collaborative and supportive working environment.Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all backgrounds.
