This is an opportunity for emerging talent to develop their skills, gain hands-on experience, and work alongside experienced teams on creative projects and digital campaigns that reach millions of customers.We welcome candidates with different creative strengths, whether you enjoy designing visual content, creating engaging social media posts, editing videos, or exploring the latest digital trends.Creative DesignCreate engaging visual content for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing initiatives.Support the development of creative concepts, layouts, graphics, and branded assets.Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.Explore new design trends, formats, and tools to create fresh and impactful content.Social Media & Digital ContentSupport the planning and execution of social media content across relevant platforms.Create engaging posts, short-form videos, reels, stories, and other digital content.Stay up to date with social media trends, online culture, and emerging content formats.Contribute ideas for campaigns that increase engagement, strengthen brand awareness, and connect with local audiences.Monitor content performance and help identify opportunities to improve engagement.What you'll need:UAE Nationals who are recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build their careers.A degree or educational background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field is an advantage.A genuine passion for design, content creation, social media, or digital storytelling.A creative mindset with strong visual awareness and an eye for detail.Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms is a plus.An understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant social channels.Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.A proactive attitude, openness to feedback, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
