This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineering professional who is eager to develop hands-on experience in project planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder communication.The successful candidate will support project delivery activities, work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, and contribute to ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in line with quality and safety standard.Key ResponsibilitesSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and project activities.Assist in preparing project schedules, reports, technical documentation, and progress updates..Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project implementation.Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, and escalate issues where necessary.Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documents for completeness and accuracyParticipate in site visits, inspections, and project meetings as required.Help ensure compliance with company standards, project requirements, and HSE regulations.Track project costs, materials, and resource requirements in coordination with relevant teams.Maintain organized records of project correspondence, approvals, and technical submissions.Provide general engineering and administrative support to the project team.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related disciplines.Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in engineering or project coordination rolesSaudi national is mandatory.Preference for candidates currently based in Riyadh and are available immediately.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic are preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong attention to detail and good organizational skills.Strong coordination and follow-up skillsEagerness to learn and grow within a professional engineering environment
