This environment supports rigorous, transparent research for individuals and teams.Role Description The Graduate Research Assistant role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The individual in this role will support research projects by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data related to knowledge management, information retrieval, and research workflows. Day-to-day tasks include conducting literature reviews, assisting in the design and execution of experiments or studies, and documenting methodologies and findings in a clear, structured manner. The Graduate Research Assistant will collaborate with cross-functional team members to test and refine Atlas features, prepare reports and presentations, and contribute to publications or internal knowledge assets. This role involves working closely with senior researchers and product teams to ensure that research output is robust, reproducible, and aligned with Atlas Workspace’s mission.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret research findings and support evidence-based recommendations.Candidates should possess solid Research experience and Laboratory Skills to design studies, conduct experiments, and follow established protocols where applicable.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to document results, prepare reports, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Relevant qualifications such as enrollment in or completion of a graduate program in fields like information science, computer science, psychology, or related disciplines are beneficial.Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with statistical software or programming languages (e.g., R, Python), attention to detail, and a demonstrated interest in research tools or knowledge management systems.
