The company is building tools that help researchers work more efficiently, collaborate more effectively, and maintain high standards of academic integrity.Role Description The Graduate Research Assistant role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The individual will support research initiatives by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to how users interact with Atlas’s research tools. Day-to-day tasks include conducting literature reviews, assisting with the design and execution of experiments or user studies, and documenting findings in clear reports and presentations. The Graduate Research Assistant will collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to refine knowledge maps, improve verification workflows, and ensure that explained citations are accurate and useful. The role also involves maintaining research records, preparing materials for internal and external dissemination, and contributing to the continuous improvement of research methodologies.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Research and Analytical Skills for designing studies, reviewing literature, and interpreting findings.Candidates should possess Data Analysis skills, including familiarity with statistical methods and tools commonly used in research settings.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for writing reports, preparing presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Candidates should possess relevant Laboratory Skills where applicable, such as experimental setup, protocol adherence, and accurate documentation.Relevant qualifications include current enrollment in or recent completion of a graduate program (e.g., in science, engineering, social science, data science, or related fields).Additional beneficial skills include experience with research software, scripting or programming for data analysis, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
