The individual in this role will support research activities by reviewing academic literature, organizing and annotating research articles, and assisting in the synthesis of findings across multiple sources. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting structured research tasks, performing data collection and basic analysis, preparing summaries and reports, and contributing to the design and testing of research workflows within the platform. The Graduate Research Assistant will collaborate closely with researchers and product team members, maintain accurate documentation, and help ensure that research outputs are clear, verifiable, and aligned with project goals.Qualifications Strong research capabilities, including the ability to conduct literature reviews and work with academic sources.Solid analytical skills and data analysis abilities for interpreting research results and identifying patterns.Effective communication skills for presenting findings, writing summaries, and collaborating with team members.Laboratory or practical research skills, where relevant to the project scope, and familiarity with standard research methodologies.Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program in a relevant field (e.g., science, engineering, social sciences, information science).Proficiency with digital research tools, reference management software, and basic data handling in spreadsheets or statistical packages.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced research environment.Demonstrated interest in improving research processes, scholarly communication, or tools that support academic work.
