Graduate Research AssociateInternship – Dubai (Office-Based)We are looking for a highly ambitious and relationship-driven recent graduate to join our team as a Graduate Research Associate on our Executive Search Internship program.As an intern, you will receive comprehensive training across the full Executive Search research stack — including market mapping, candidate qualification, behavioural assessments, and selection co-ordination. You will also be trained on our next-generation search platform that powers our research, workflow, and account management.Core Responsibilities:Source and screen high-calibre candidates for C-Suite and critical rolesBuild trusted relationships with senior professionalsConduct structured qualifications and competency-based interviewsCo-ordinate workflows and search processesSupport client interviews and feedback cyclesKey requirements:Bachelor’s degreeStrong interpersonal and communication skillsNatural relationship-builder with high emotional intelligenceClose attention to detail and excellent time managementAbility to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentCompensationAED 2,000/month (Months 1–3)AED 3,000/month (Months 4–6, if extended)AED 5,000/month (Month 7 onward, upon full-time offer)Quarterly Bonus based on performanceOffice HoursMon–Fri: 9 AM – 5 PM (Office)
