Job Vacancy: Graduate Sales Engineer (AV, Live Events & Visual Technologies)Company: Purple Mice LLCLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeRole DescriptionPurple Mice LLC is seeking a highly skilled and commercially driven Graduate Sales Engineer to lead the technical sales process for AV, LED, video systems, and immersive live event solutions. This role bridges sales, engineering, and production, ensuring that client requirements are translated into technically sound, innovative, and profitable solutions.The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with strategic sales capability, playing a key role in client acquisition, solution design, proposal development, and project handover for high-profile events across the UAE region.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, develop, and manage new and existing client relationships within the live events, corporate, exhibition, and entertainment sectors.Act as the technical authority during sales meetings, presentations, and site visits.Support business growthTechnical Solution DesignAnalyze client briefs and event requirements to design optimized AV and visual solutions.Develop technical concepts.Ensure proposed solutions align with creative intent, venue constraints, safety regulations, and budgets.Proposals, Costing & DocumentationPrepare detailed technical proposals, BOQs, system diagrams, and cost estimates.Work closely with procurement and engineering teams to ensure accurate pricing and feasibility.Ensure commercial terms, timelines, and technical scopes are clearly defined and approved.Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the pre-sales phase.Coordinate with production, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover after contract award.Support negotiations and provide value-engineering solutions when required.Project Support & DeliveryProvide technical oversight during project execution when required, ensuring solutions are delivered as promised.Attend rehearsals or live events when necessary to support complex technical deployments.Assist in post-project reviews to identify improvements and upselling opportunities.Market Awareness & InnovationStay updated on emerging AV technologiesIdentify new products, partners, and solutions that enhance company offerings and competitiveness.Support marketing initiatives by contributing to case studies, presentations, and product demos.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, AV Technology, Electronics, Business or a related field.Strong understanding of LED display systems, video processing, signal distribution, AV systems, and show control workflows.Proven experience in solution selling, proposal development, and client presentations.Ability to read and create technical drawings, system schematics, and layout plans.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance technical excellence and profitability.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on project demands.A valid UAE driving license is preferred.Any experience in technical sales within AV, live events, system integration, or entertainment technology is a plus.Package DetailsSalary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
