The company focuses on improving research transparency, traceability, and collaboration for individuals and teams.Role Description The Graduate Student Research Assistant role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. In this role, the assistant will support research projects by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data related to knowledge management and research workflows. Day-to-day tasks include conducting literature reviews, preparing research summaries, assisting with experimental or user study design, and maintaining accurate records of methodologies and results. The assistant will collaborate with team members to interpret findings, contribute to research reports or presentations, and provide feedback on product features from a research perspective. The role may also involve coordinating with external partners or participants, ensuring ethical and procedural compliance, and helping refine research tools used within Atlas Workspace.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Research and Laboratory Skills for conducting studies, experiments, and structured investigations.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret findings, identify patterns, and draw evidence-based conclusions.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for preparing clear documentation, reports, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.Candidates should be enrolled in or have recently completed a graduate program in a relevant field such as information science, computer science, psychology, engineering, or related disciplines.Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, ability to follow research protocols, and strong organizational skills in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.Candidates with experience in research software tools, statistical packages, or data visualization platforms, and familiarity with ethical research practices, will be highly regarded.
