Graduate Trainee (Operations & Administration)

Be part of the journey that turns a location into a fully operational restaurant.As Giga Foods (Pvt) Ltd continues to expand its restaurant network, we are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Graduate Trainee – Administration & Operations to join our team.This is not a desk-only role. You will be involved throughout the entire outlet expansion journey — from identifying potential locations and coordinating with landlords, to managing approvals, supporting outlet readiness, and working with multiple teams to successfully bring a new location to life.If you enjoy being on the ground, coordinating people, solving problems, negotiating, and seeing a project through from an idea to an actual operating outlet, we would love to hear from you.What will you be responsible for?Expansion & Site DevelopmentIdentify and evaluate potential locations for new outlets, conduct preliminary site assessments, coordinate with property owners, developers and agents, support commercial negotiations, and maintain a strong pipeline of potential locations for future expansion.Outlet Openings & Activation Take an active role in coordinating new outlet openings by managing timelines and working closely with Operations, Projects, Procurement, IT, Marketing and other internal teams to ensure everything is ready for a successful launch.Approvals & Regulatory Coordination Coordinate with municipal councils, local authorities, health authorities and other relevant government institutions to obtain and renew the necessary licenses, permits and approvals required for our outlets.Marketing & Launch Support Work closely with the Marketing team to coordinate new store launch campaigns, branding, signage, local-area marketing activities and promotional initiatives to create awareness around each new location.Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong working relationships with landlords, property developers, contractors, local authorities, service providers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination throughout each project.Project Tracking & ReportingMonitor opening schedules, project milestones, approvals and outstanding requirements, identify potential delays early, and provide clear progress updates to management.Who are we looking for?We are looking for someone who is energetic, organized, confident in dealing with different stakeholders and comfortable working both in the office and on-site.Ideally, you will have:A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Project Management or a related field2–5 years of experience in retail/QSR expansion, property coordination, outlet development, project coordination or a similar roleGood understanding of local authority approvals, licenses and regulatory processesStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsExcellent planning, coordination and problem-solving abilitiesCommercial awareness and strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyGood working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeWhy this role?This is an opportunity to play a hands-on role in the growth and physical expansion of Giga Foods.You won't simply be supporting projects from the sidelines — you'll be involved in taking new outlets from potential location → approvals → development → activation → opening day.If you're someone who enjoys seeing tangible results from your work and wants to contribute directly to the expansion of a growing restaurant business, we'd like to meet you.
