This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in dealer network development, retail standards, project coordination, and stakeholder management within a leading premium automotive brand.As part of the Sales Channel Development team, you will support key network development initiatives and work closely with dealers and internal stakeholders to help drive operational excellence across the BMW dealer network.Your Responsibilities IncludeDealer Network Development & Retail StandardsSupport dealer network development activities, including the end-to-end coordination of dealership setup and development projects.Monitor and maintain Retail Standards compliance across the dealer network, ensuring alignment with BMW Group requirements.Identify compliance gaps and support corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement.Project Coordination & Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate closely with dealers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of network development projects and initiatives.Manage internal and external communications to facilitate project implementation and stakeholder alignment.Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and support the resolution of operational and compliance-related issues.Contract Administration & ReportingSupport dealer contract management and related administrative matters.Assist in strategic initiatives, supplier coordination, and logistics management to ensure smooth project delivery.Prepare regular reports, presentations, and performance updates for management review and decision-making.Business SupportSupport the Area Manager on day-to-day operational and ad hoc matters related to network development projects and initiatives.Ensure dealers are adequately prepared and aligned to meet implementation timelines and project milestones.What You Should Bring AlongBachelor's Degree in any field.Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1-2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical abilities.Proactive team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.What You'll GainExposure to the operations of a premium global automotive brand.Practical experience in network development, project management, and stakeholder engagement.Opportunities to work on meaningful business projects and initiatives.Professional development and learning opportunities in a dynamic environment.If you are eager to kick-start your career and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now and start your journey with BMW Group Malaysia.
