This individual will serve as the primary sponsor-facing contractual and administrative point of contact from application submission through notice of award while ensuring compliance with sponsor requirements and proper setup within Children's grants management systems.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Independently manage grants, contracts, and clinical trial agreements from federal, non-federal, state, local government, private foundation, and pharmaceutical sponsorsReview grant proposals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with sponsor and organizational requirementsCoordinate proposal submission timelines and ensure on-time submission of applicationsServe as an expert resource to faculty and departments regarding grant administration and proposal requirementsSubmit finalized proposals to funding agencies and sponsorsCoordinate required approvals and documentation with institutional signing officialsNegotiate legal terms and conditions for industry-sponsored clinical trial agreementsReview contracts and support contract negotiations as neededCoordinate with the Clinical Trial Office regarding patient-care budget requestsEnsure compliance with federal regulations, sponsor guidelines, and institutional policiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure award terms and conditions are met throughout the grant lifecycleMaintain accurate documentation and support research administration processes
