Graphic & Motion Design Intern

Position Overview:Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) is seeking a talented, creative, and motivated Graphic & Motion Design Intern to join our dynamic creative team in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly After Effects and Photoshop, along with a passion for creating visually compelling digital designs, engaging animations, and impactful brand experiences.During this three-month internship, you will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to support the development of high-quality visual content across various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and other digital marketing initiatives.We are looking for someone who combines creativity with technical skills, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to learn, contribute fresh ideas, and develop their design expertise in a collaborative environment.About Global Hotel Alliance:Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) is the world’s largest alliance of independent luxury hotel brands, with 60+ brands and over 1,000 hotels across 100 countries. Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and execution of email campaigns and the development of animated and static assets for social media.
• Conceptualise and develop creative visuals based on project briefs and brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all creative assets.
• Identify creative solutions to UI/UX challenges, such as usability and findability.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Optimise existing user interface designs.
• Stay up to date with competitor products and industry trends.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA or degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles, with experience using Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and digital interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud applications is essential.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design projects, with experience in Photoshop and motion design.
• Strong creative skills.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Applicants must hold a valid UAE residence visa under existing sponsorship (e.g., family or student sponsorship) and have valid health insurance coverage in the UAE.Behavioural Skills:
