Graphic Artist / Freelance Graphic Artist

Daydreamer is looking for a highly creative, organized, and concept-driven Graphic Designer/Freelance Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for vintage-inspired graphics, typography, and visual storytelling, with the ability to turn creative direction and trend inspiration into compelling, commercially relevant artwork. This role requires a proactive designer who takes ownership of projects, brings fresh ideas, and contributes to Daydreamer’s visual identity.Duties:Develop graphic concepts and artwork aligned with brand direction, trends, and business needs.Translate creative briefs and feedback into strong designs from concept through final execution.Create original artwork, typography, and layouts for apparel graphics, prints, and other creative projects.Research trends, vintage references, and cultural influences to bring fresh ideas to each collection.Present creative concepts, interpret feedback, and refine artwork to meet project goals.Manage multiple projects, maintain organized files, and meet deadlines.Stay current on graphic design trends and techniques to evolve the brand’s visual identity.Must Have:3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle.Strong portfolio showcasing original artwork, apparel graphics, and typography.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Strong eye for detail, color, composition, and print application, with an understanding of how artwork translates onto apparel.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with design & marketing teams.Must currently live in the LA area.
