Graphic Design Associate

We are looking for a Graphic Design Associate to join our regional team in Dubai!Role Purpose:The Graphic Design Associate is responsible for designing and creating the visual layouts, artworks, and prints of Azadea, such as packaging, displays, or logos. He/she uses a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with operations and marketing teams, as well as assigned suppliers, to design all print media for the store. Ensure adherence to set guidelines and maintains high standards in graphics and design. Ensure the effective and efficient execution of print media projects by monitoring and controlling task progress closely. Remain updated on the latest graphic design software and techniques, offering recommendations for their efficient application within Azadea. Finalize print and pre-press service specifications, obtain approvals, and conduct quality control for print materials. Specific to Fashion: Conduct scheduled field visits to retail shops within the fashion division to assess print, layout, and display requirements. Generate designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on layout principles, aesthetic design concepts, and feedback from shops and relevant stakeholders. Specific to Retail: Oversee the ordering and installation of hoarding graphics, materials in fitting rooms, and policy signs in designated areas for the retail division.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, or Graphic Design, or a related field. 0 to 2 years of experience in an financial role or a similar FieldProficiency in MS Office and graphic software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Flash, Animation, and others.
