Job Title: Graphic Design ManagerAbout The RoleSeeking a highly creative and organized Graphic Design Manager to lead the execution of all brand creative across digital and print channels.

This role will oversee a small but talented design team while partnering closely with the Art Director to bring the brand vision to life across marketing, e-commerce, retail, events, packaging, and wholesale initiatives.The ideal candidate combines strong design expertise with exceptional project management skills, thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment, and has a keen eye for luxury branding and visual storytelling.Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of two Graphic Designers (one Senior Graphic Designer and one Junior Graphic Designer). Oversee the development and execution of all digital and print creative assets, ensuring consistency with the brands identity. Partner closely with the Art Director to translate seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives into compelling visual communications. Lead design projects from concept through final production across multiple channels. Create and oversee assets for:Email marketing campaigns Paid and organic social media E-commerce site content Digital advertising Retail and event collateral Packaging and branded materials Wholesale and sales presentations Print marketing materials Establish workflows, prioritize projects, and manage team deadlines to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, Production, and Sales teams. Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints. Stay current on design trends, fashion industry aesthetics, and emerging creative technologies. Qualifications5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brands. Previous experience managing and developing creative talent. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across both digital and print design. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience designing for e-commerce and performance marketing channels. Strong understanding of print production processes and specifications. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. Salary $110,000-$115,000
