Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the graphic design team.
- Manage creative projects across branding, digital, social media, print, and motion.
- Maintain design quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of graphic design experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
- Proven agency experience and a strong creative portfolio.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
- Figma, UI/UX, motion graphics, or video-editing experience is a plus.
