Graphic Designer & Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our team in the UAE.The role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, supporting Jollibee UAE’s branding and marketing initiatives. This role involves designing digital and print materials, including social media creatives, in-store collaterals, promotional banners, and campaign visuals aligned with brand guidelines. The person in this role will develop content concepts, produce engaging visual assets for multiple platforms, and adapt global brand materials for local campaigns. Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing and operations teams, managing design projects from brief to final artwork, preparing files for production, and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.QualificationsStrong visual design skills, including Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative, brand-aligned work.Proven experience in Graphic Design & Content Creation, within the F&B / restaurant / QSR industry, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.Fluent Arabic speaker with strong communication skills and the ability to create and adapt content for Arabic-speaking audiences.Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and apply typefaces that enhance readability and brand personality.Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, and in-store promotions.Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; experience in food & beverage is mandatory.Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to apply by sending their updated CV along with their portfolio showcasing relevant design and content creation work.
