The Graphic Designer and Machine Operator will be responsible for designing graphics, logos, and branding using appropriate software. They will also operate and maintain printing machines to produce high-quality prints.ResponsibilitiesDesign graphics and mockups for pad printing, laser engraving, screen printing, UV printing, round printing, automatic textile machine, heat transfer, sublimation etc.Perform spray painting and finishing on products, ensuring even application, accurate color matching, and a high-quality finish.Manage color calibration and ensured accurate color reproductionCollaborate with design teams to ensure artwork and specifications met production requirementsLabel completed products before transporting it to clientOperate and maintain various machines and printers and troubleshooting technical issues when necessaryPerform routine maintenance and cleaning on printing machines to ensure optimal performanceQualificationsDegree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related fieldAbility to operate and maintain printing machines (Mimaki, Laser, Sublimation, Fargo, UV Printing and Laser Engraving)Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skillsFlexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
