Your work will directly enhance the visual communication of important initiatives, making a tangible difference in how information is presented and received.NOTE: This an on call, project based role so hours will fluctuate based on need.What You’ll DoEfficiently execute template-based design tasks, including the creation of compelling social media ads, professional article layouts, and clear survey result presentations.Format and skillfully manipulate presentation slides, leveraging existing Microsoft PowerPoint master layouts to maintain brand consistency and visual appeal.Design and format document layouts within Microsoft Word, meticulously ensuring that specific brand elements remain locked and user-friendly for the internal team.Perform essential photo editing in Photoshop, such as applying consistent backgrounds to employee headshots to uphold a polished brand image.Proactively source and recommend appropriate imagery from the internal library to effectively complement written content and enhance visual storytelling.Respond with agility to last-minute client requests, reliably delivering high-quality, polished work on short notice to meet critical deadlines.Must-Have QualificationsStrong proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite, with expert-level skills specifically in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, showcasing strong presentation design skills and mastery of master layouts for consistent branding.Proven experience with document layout and the ability to effectively lock elements within Microsoft Word to maintain design integrity.A proven ability to work seamlessly and efficiently within established templates, focusing on refinement and execution rather than building concepts from scratch.High availability and exceptional responsiveness to accommodate the fast-paced, rapid-turnaround nature of client requests.About Aquent TalentAquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world’s biggest brands.
