This employee-centered environment offers opportunities for professional development and self-enrichment within a dynamic workplace.Role Description The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs that support SHAR’s brand and communication needs, including marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and internal communications. Day-to-day tasks include developing and refining logos and brand assets, selecting and applying typography, preparing graphics for print and digital channels, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with marketing, communications, and project teams to translate ideas and requirements into clear, impactful visual designs. The Graphic Designer will also prepare production-ready files, review feedback, and iterate designs to meet project goals and deadlines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both print and digital applications.Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.Candidates should possess skills in Typography to select and apply typefaces that enhance readability and brand expression.Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) is required.Relevant experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in construction, engineering, or corporate environments, is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing recent design work.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
