If you're looking to contribute to a fast-paced, highly visible environment where your work drives real business impact, CSi offers the opportunity to build the future of customer intelligence on a scale.Role OvervireThe Graphic Designer – Brand & Campaigns will develop concept-led, on-brand visual communications across Shukran campaigns and initiatives, from initial creative routes and master key visuals through integrated execution across CRM, app, social media, websites, in-store, OOH, and partnership touchpoints.The role combines strong conceptual thinking with hands-on design, translating creative briefs, business objectives, and customer insights into distinctive, scalable design systems that strengthen Shukran's visual identity across markets.The position reports to the Content & Creative Manager and works closely with the creative team (Graphic Designer, Motion Graphics & Digital Content Designer), and the wider marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign DesignDevelop visual concepts, moodboards, creative routes, and master key visuals for Shukran communications including seasonal campaigns and initiatives, brand collaborations, announcements, and member communications.Translate campaign briefs, messaging, business objectives, into clear and compelling visual narrativesPresent creative routes and design rationales, respond constructively to feedback, and refine approved directionsBuild adaptable campaign design systems that extend consistently across digital, CRM, social, in-store, OOH, and partnership touchpointsSupport the implementation and ongoing evolution of Shukran's brand identity, guidelines, templates, typography, colour, imagery, and layout principlesDigital & Integrated ExecutionDesign static assets for email and CRM, app, social media, websites, digital media, in-store POS, OOH, presentations, and partnership communicationsAdapt master visuals across markets, customer segments, channels, formats, and sizes while maintaining clarity, hierarchy, and brand consistencyDesign visually engaging and responsive landing-page layouts in collaboration with content, CRM, digital marketing, and development teams, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.Create accurate English and Arabic layouts, ensuring appropriate typography, alignment, legibility, and cultural relevancePrepare production-ready digital and print artwork, including resolution, colour profiles, bleed, file formats, and final technical quality checksDevelop reusable templates, component libraries, and visual toolkits for recurring communications and campaign rolloutsCollaboration & Creative OperationsPartner with the Content & Creative Manager to translate brand, content, and campaign strategy into cohesive design solutionsCollaborate with the Graphic Designer and Motion Graphics & Digital Content Designer to maintain consistency across static and motion assets and support efficient creative handoversBuild and maintain organized creative asset libraries, templates, source files, and campaign archives, following clear naming conventions, folder structures, and version-control practices.Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, agencies, and production partners when needed, while managing multiple deliverables, timelines, working files, and version-control requirementsQualifications and EducationBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, or a related fieldA strong portfolio demonstrating campaign concepts, master key visuals, brand systems, and integrated digital and print execution is requiredProfessional working proficiency in English and the ability to create and format assets in both English and Arabic; Arabic language proficiency is an advantageEXPERIENCE5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or campaign creative development, ideally in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environmentProven experience developing master key visuals and scalable campaign systems from concept through cross-channel rollout and final productionExperience in retail, e-commerce, loyalty programs, FMCG, or consumer-facing marketing, including collaboration with internal teams and external agencies, is a strong advantageTECHNICAL SKILLSAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign, with strong working knowledge of Figma and Keynote.
