Graphic Designer — Onsite in Glastonbury, CTStifel Marcin is hiring a Graphic Designer for a contract-to-hire role. This position is 100% onsite in our Glastonbury office – there is no remote or hybrid option during the initial contract phase. Agency experience a plus, professional portfolio and work history required. We are looking for a creative, motivated individual that can deliver exceptional designs that engage readers and drive brands forward. What You'll Do

With our busy agency environment, candidates must be able to manage multiple tasks at once and maintain close attention to detail is critical as designs will include detailed information, complex nuances and need to maintain brand compliance. The right candidate will:· create organized project files and ensure a high level of attention to detail· be able to communicate needs, questions and design concepts to various members of the agency team· think outside the box to solve problems and row in the same direction as the team to ensure timely turnaround and quality work· have experience in both print, digital and video media in both static, animated and interactive applications· be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier & AfterEffects· be able to work in WordPress· understand file preparing requirements, both for optimized for website applications, high-resolution printed assets and large scale trade show output. This position begins as a 3-month contract with the intention of transitioning to a full-time position based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit. Full time employment with our firm includes paid vacation, sick time, health benefits, company-supported training and education, IRA plan with automatic company contribution. This is a 100% onsite position in our Glastonbury, CT office during the initial contract period. There is no remote or hybrid option during this phase.
