This role supports the Marketing team in delivering compelling campaign creative, maintaining brand consistency, and improving creative performance and efficiency across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality creative assets across digital, social, web, CRM, print, sales and internal communications channelsTranslate campaign briefs and brand objectives into compelling visual concepts that are on-brand, commercially focused and fit for purposeCreate social media graphics, paid advertising assets, EDM imagery, website banners, landing page assets, presentations, brochures, signage and promotional collateralSupport the development and ongoing evolution of brand guidelines, templates and visual identity systemsEnsure all creative output is consistent with brand standards, tone and visual direction across all channelsWork closely with Marketing, Digital, Product, Sales and other stakeholders to deliver creative assets to agreed timelinesAdapt and resize creative assets across multiple formats, platforms and specificationsSupport campaign launches by producing creative variations for testing, optimisation and performance marketingRetouch, edit, create and prepare photography, imagery and video (long and short form) for use across digital and print applicationsCreate simple motion graphics, short-form video assets and social content where requiredMaintain organised digital asset libraries, templates and source files to support efficient team workflowsManage multiple creative requests at once, prioritising work based on business needs and deadlinesCollaborate with external suppliers, printers, agencies and production partners where requiredReview artwork for accuracy, brand consistency, technical specifications and production readiness before releaseContribute creative ideas that improve campaign cut-through, engagement and customer experienceStay current with design trends, social formats, digital best practice and emerging creative tools, including AI-assisted design workflowsWork collaboratively with Australian-based stakeholders across time zones, maintaining strong communication and responsivenessParticipate in regular team meetings, campaign planning sessions and creative reviewsTake ownership of assigned creative projects from brief through to final delivery with minimal supervisionKey Result AreasOn-Time Project Delivery: achieve a 95%+ on-time delivery rate for all design requests, with strict adherence to the initial brief to minimise reworkBrand Integrity and Quality: maintain a 90%+ first-round approval rate on creative assets, free from material brand compliance issuesPerformance-Driven Design: consistently produce creative variants for marketing campaigns that drive measurable improvements in CTR, engagement or conversionWorkflow Efficiency and Scalability: reduce average turnaround time for standard design requests by 20% through reusable templates, organised asset libraries and AI-enabled workflowsWhat We're Looking ForEssential SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignExperience using Canva, Figma or similar collaborative design platformsAbility to create and adapt creative assets across multiple formats, dimensions and channelsStrong understanding of branding, typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchyBasic to intermediate capability in motion graphics and short-form video editing, ideally with tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCutStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across a high volume of creative outputAbility to interpret briefs, ask the right questions and translate commercial objectives into effective visual creativeComfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environmentStrong written and verbal English communication skillsConfident working remotely with an Australian-based team and collaborating across different functions and time zonesSelf-motivated, organised and comfortable taking ownership of work with limited supervisionDesirable SkillsUnderstanding of performance marketing and designing creative for testing, conversion and optimisationFamiliarity with AI-enabled creative tools and a willingness to use emerging technology to improve speed and outputEssential Experience2-4+ years' experience in a graphic design, digital design or creative production roleStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across digital, social media, web, advertising and branded collateralExperience designing for paid social, organic social, EDM, websites, landing pages and digital advertisingExperience working with marketing teams, agencies, SaaS, automotive, retail, e-commerce or consumer brands is advantageousDesirable ExperienceExperience designing for FMCG, automotive, or technology brands, e-commerce, or subscription-based business modelsEssential QualificationsA degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field is preferred, but a strong portfolio and
