Graphic Designer

SentiOne develops AI-powered solutions for social listening, data analytics and customer service automation. We are looking for a Graphic & Content Designer who will shape how our brand communicates across three regions: CEE, LATAM and Global.This role combines visual design with business-oriented content creation. You will work closely with our Marketing, Sales and regional teams, turning business needs and complex topics into clear, engaging and visually consistent communication.Your responsibilitiesCreating graphic and marketing content for the CEE, LATAM and Global marketsBuilding and developing SentiOne’s global visual identityEnsuring consistent brand communication across regions, channels and formatsDesigning materials supporting sales communication, campaigns, events and internal initiativesCreating presentations, social media content, reports, event materials and sales assetsTurning data, insights and complex business topics into attractive and easy-to-understand visual storiesAdapting content to different markets while maintaining overall brand consistencyCooperating with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and other internal teamsOrganising and managing design tasks and workflows in JiraSupporting the development of reusable templates and visual standardsWhat we are looking forProfessional experience in graphic design and marketing content creationResponsible AI graphic design sklills supporting the overall performance in this rolePrevious experience in a B2B company, data analytics environment or marketing agencyAbility to create visually attractive content that supports specific business and marketing goalsStrong understanding of visual communication, branding, typography and compositionAbility to translate business needs and complex information into clear visual conceptsExperience in designing presentations, digital content, campaign materials and sales collateralGood work organisation and confidence in managing several projects for different teams or marketsAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with multiple stakeholdersVery good command of EnglishA portfolio demonstrating both strong visual skills and a business-oriented approach to designWork modelHybrid work in WarsawCooperation with teams operating across CEE, LATAM and global marketsWork organised and managed through JiraSalary estimation: 9.000 - 11.000 PLN (B2B contract)We are looking for someone who understands that good design should not only look great, but also make information clearer, strengthen the brand and help achieve business goals.Please attach your CV & designers portfolio when applying.
