Purpose of the role Develop high-quality visual assets and creative solutions that bring the KBP brand, products, campaigns and customer experiences to life.The role is responsible for producing engaging, consistent creative output across digital and print channels, ensuring alignment with approved brand standards while supporting marketing campaigns, customer communications, retail promotions, store launches, events and business initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Social Media Marketing Specialist, Executive Chefs and internal stakeholders, the Graphic Designer will ensure the Knead brand is visually represented in a premium, consistent and engaging manner across all customer touchpoints. The role will also utilise AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative workflows, support ideation and improve the efficiency of content asset creation.Functional (Process/Technical/Operational)Creative Design & Asset DevelopmentDesign and produce marketing collateral, campaign assets, presentations, menus, packaging, signage, corporate materials, social media graphics and promotional content.Develop creative concepts that effectively communicate marketing messages and support business objectives.Create high-quality visual assets for digital, print, outdoor, in-store and event applications.Produce artwork and campaign materials for seasonal promotions, product launches, partnerships and brand activations.Ensure creative outputs are delivered on time, on brief and to a professional standard.Prepare production-ready artwork files for print, digital and large-format applications.Brand Identity & Visual ConsistencyApply KBP’s brand guidelines consistently across all marketing and communication materials.Ensure consistency of design, typography, imagery, colour palette and visual identity across all brand and customer touchpoints.Support the ongoing evolution and application of brand assets visual standards.Safeguard the integrity and premium positioning of the Knead brand across all locations, platforms and communications.Content & Creative CollaborationWork closely with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator and Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop engaging creative content and campaign assets.Collaborate with chefs and operational teams to support product launches, seasonal offers and promotional campaigns.Design and adapt creative assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, website content, digital advertising and other marketing channels.Create branded social media graphics, templates, animations, visual overlays and supporting creative assets for digital content.Edit and enhance supplied photography and video content to ensure alignment with KBP’s visual identity and campaign objectives.Contribute to content gathering initiatives by capturing photography and short-form video content when opportunities arise, supporting campaign needs and content libraries.Support the development of campaign concepts through visual storytelling and creative design.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative creative and campaign ideas.Assist internal departments with design requirements while ensuring alignment with brand standards.AI-Assisted Creative DevelopmentUtilise AI-powered creative tools to support design workflows, content creation and creative ideation.Leverage platforms such as Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Canva AI and similar technologies to improve efficiency and enhance creative output.Evaluate and refine AI-assisted creative outputs to ensure alignment with Knead’s brand standards and campaign objectives.Stay informed on emerging creative technologies and recommend opportunities to improve internal creative processes and workflows.Marketing & Campaign SupportSupport the development and execution of marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery.Create promotional assets supporting new product launches, retail activations, store openings, events and brand partnerships.Design visually engaging presentations and supporting materials for internal and external stakeholders.Assist with signage, point-of-sale materials, in-store communications, customer-facing collateral and event branding requirements.Support the successful execution of key seasonal and annual marketing initiatives across all Knead locations.Minimum Qualifications and Technical SkillsExperience3-5 years’ professional experience in graphic design, visual communications, branding or a related creative role.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and other presentation tools.Proven experience developing creative materials across a range of digital and print formats, including social media, marketing collateral, signage, packaging, presentations and promotional materials.Strong understanding of brand guidelines, typography, layout, colour theory, imagery and visual hierarchy.Experience preparing artwork and production-ready files for print, digital and large-format applications.Experience editing and enhancing photography and video assets for marketing and social media use.Experience creating social media graphics, templates, animations and digital marketing assets across multiple platforms.Basic photography and mobile content capture skills, with an understanding of composition, lighting and content requirements for social media, would be advantageous.Experience managing multiple design requests, projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Hospitality, food and beverage, retail, lifestyle or luxury brand experience would be advantageous.Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney or similar platforms would be highly desirable.Experience designing and formatting bilingual English and Arabic materials would be advantageous.Education & CertificationsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Digital Media or a related creative discipline.Professional training or certification in Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant design software would be advantageous.Additional training in animation, motion graphics, AI-powered tools or digital content creation would be beneficial.
