We're Hiring: Graphic DesignerJunior Couture | Dubai, UAE | Full-TimeJoin Junior Couture, a leading luxury multi-brand childrenswear retailer.We're looking for a talented, creative and self-motivated Graphic Designer who can bring fresh ideas to our brand. This is more than just a design role — we want someone who can take ownership of creative projects, develop engaging social media campaigns and use the latest AI tools to produce innovative, high-quality content.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging graphics and visual content for our website, social media, email marketing and digital advertising.Conceptualise, develop and execute creative social media campaigns from initial idea through to delivery.Use AI-powered creative tools to enhance design, generate content and streamline production.Design compelling digital campaigns for new collections, product launches, seasonal promotions and key retail events.Produce high-quality visuals that reflect Junior Couture's premium brand identity.Develop engaging short-form video content, including Instagram Reels and animated graphics.Work autonomously, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines without constant supervision.Proactively identify new creative opportunities, social media trends and innovative ways to engage our audience.What We're Looking ForProven experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, luxury retail or e-commerce.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.Strong knowledge of AI creative tools, such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT and AI video-generation platforms.The ability to develop original campaign concepts rather than simply execute design briefs.A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and digital marketing trends.Excellent visual storytelling, typography and layout skills.Experience creating and editing video content is highly desirable.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.Most ImportantlyWe're looking for someone who is creative, proactive and capable of working independently.
