Graphic Designer

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to join a contract opportunity supporting an insurance organization. This role is suited for a hands-on creative team member who can move smoothly between presentation work, marketing materials, and day-to-day design needs across digital and print channels. The position offers the chance to partner closely with marketing and sales teams while contributing to both high-visibility projects and fast-turn production assignments.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine presentation materials, proposal decks, and other branded assets used by sales and corporate teams.
• Partner with marketing and sales stakeholders to deliver creative support for ongoing campaigns, internal requests, and business development efforts.
• Produce a range of visual materials for both digital distribution and printed use, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
• Contribute design support for events, promotional initiatives, and broader marketing programs as priorities shift.
• Manage multiple assignments with varying deadlines in a fast-moving environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Adapt creative concepts into execution-ready assets that balance visual quality with practical business needs.
• Assist with social content and related collateral that supports audience engagement and sales enablement goals.
• At least 4 years of graphic design experience in a corporate, agency, or in-house setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful work across both print and digital design projects.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience creating materials that support marketing, sales enablement, and corporate communications functions.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform is preferred.
• Ability to contribute effectively on both strategic assignments and detail-oriented production work.
