We're building practical, industry-oriented programs for graduates, students and working professionals who want to understand Al and apply it to real-world problems.About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The role involves creating high-quality visual content for HeyLearn AI’s social media, marketing campaigns, courses, events, branding and other digital platforms.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual communication, branding and social media design, along with the ability to turn ideas and concepts into engaging designs.Key Responsibilities* Create creative and engaging designs for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital channels.* Design posters, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives and campaign materials.* Develop visual content for courses, workshops, events and educational programs.* Create designs for digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.* Maintain consistency in HeyLearn AI’s brand identity across all visual communication.* Work closely with the marketing, content and management teams to understand design requirements and deliver creatives accordingly.* Develop creative concepts and visual ideas based on campaign objectives.* Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for various platforms.* Create presentation designs, brochures, certificates and other company materials when required.* Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends and modern visual styles.* Manage multiple design requirements while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.Requirements* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.* Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.* Good knowledge of social media design and digital content formats.* Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.* Ability to understand a brief and convert it into an effective visual concept.* Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.* Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.* A strong portfolio demonstrating previous design work.Preferred Skills* Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or other video/motion graphics tools is an advantage.* Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.* Experience creating content for educational, technology or AI-related brands is a plus.* Familiarity with AI-powered design and creative tools is an advantage.
