Our team brings together technology, music, and creativity to build a trusted platform for artists and listeners.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong visual eye, fresh ideas, and a genuine interest in music, design, and digital culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ulaanbaatar within our marketing team.You’ll create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, campaign visuals, promotional materials, thumbnails, and covers. You’ll help translate marketing goals and artist stories into engaging designs while keeping Mmusic’s visual identity consistent.The role involves following design and social media trends, identifying what fits our brand and audience, and bringing your own creative perspective to campaigns. Alongside graphic design, you’ll support photography and short-form video production, including basic shooting, editing, captions, and graphic elements.You’ll work closely with the marketing team, share and explain your ideas, incorporate feedback, and deliver well-organized, polished work on agreed timelines.QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual judgment, and effective use of typography, color, composition, and imagery.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or equivalent design tools, with experience preparing assets for digital and print formats.Awareness of current design and social media trends, with the ability to adapt them thoughtfully to a brand and its audience.Ability to turn a brief into clear, engaging visual concepts and explain the thinking behind your design choices.Practical short-form video editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.A proactive, collaborative approach: comfortable contributing ideas, asking questions, listening to others, and responding constructively to feedback.Attention to detail, reliable time management, and clear communication about progress and deadlines.Motion graphics, photography, Figma, and experience in music, entertainment, or digital products are advantages.Please include your portfolio with your application and indicate your contribution to any collaborative projects.
