Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content that supports the company's marketing, communication, and employer branding activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, a good eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual materials aligned with the company's brand identity.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign creative visual content for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and marketing materialsDevelop branding materials, presentations, brochures, flyers, and corporate communication assetsCreate visual content for internal events, employee engagement initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding activitiesEnsure consistency across all designs in line with the company's brand guidelinesCollaborate with the Marketing, People & Culture, and other departments to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutionsEdit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets when neededManage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesStay updated on design trends, creative tools, and industry best practicesRevise designs based on feedback and ensure high-quality final deliverablesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts,Graphic Design, or a related field1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic designProficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, AI tools ; knowledge of InDesign and motion graphics tools is a plusExperience designing social media content and digital marketing materialsA strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, and attention to detailGood communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departmentsStrong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
