About Philadelphia SolarPhiladelphia Solar is a leading renewable energy company specializing in photovoltaic (PV) modules, solar mounting structures, and sustainable energy solutions.We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department in Amman, Jordan.The ideal candidate must have strong graphic design capabilities, proven hands-on experience managing corporate social media accounts, and practical skills in AI-powered video production.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign professional and engaging visual content for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and corporate marketing materials.Manage the company's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.Monitor social media engagement, account performance.Create and produce professional AI-generated videos for promotional campaigns, social media, and corporate communications.Produce and edit reels, short-form videos, motion graphics, and other multimedia content.Design brochures, presentations, exhibition materials, banners, and marketing assets.Ensure brand consistency across all visual and digital communication channels.Collaborate with the Marketing Department on marketing campaigns, product launches, and company events.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.2–4 years of professional graphic design experience is preferred.Proven hands-on experience managing business or corporate social media accounts is mandatory.Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.Practical experience using AI video generation tools such as Google Veo, Runway, Kling AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of social media content formats, engagement strategies, and platform best practices.Ability to write and adapt social media captions.Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Portfolio RequirementA portfolio is required, showcasing:Graphic design and branding projects.AI-generated videos or AI-assisted video production projects.Job DetailsPosition: Graphic Designer
