We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to create high-performing visuals for the Korea market and beyond.ResponsibilitiesDesign ad creatives for Meta, Google, and improve them based on CTR/CVRCreate organic social content for Korea audiencesHands-on experience with generative AI tools in design workLocalize Japan HQ assets for Korea marketPitch a wide range of creative ideas and test new approachesRequirements2+ years designing for social media and performance advertising, for the Korea marketProficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, and able to handle design tasks independentlyFlexible mindset, a wide range of ideas and strong communication skillsGood command of written and spoken English.(Japanese is a plus)Nice to HaveExperience designing for English-speaking or international marketsLanding page or UI design experience (Studio, Webflow, Figma)Basic video or motion skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut)Genuine interest in Japanese culture (anime, manga, gaming, TCG)
