Graphic Designer - Housewares Products

We are seeking a creative, intelligent and talented full time Graphic Designer to join our expanding, multi-skilled design team. Captivate Brands is a US based company specializing in sourcing and supplying homewares to leading US retailers and businesses. The successful applicant will be joining our close-knit team and will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects including creative brand development, packaging artwork, design on product, client presentations and trend development. The role:· Develop creative product concepts and digitally mocking up products and designs· Create finished packaging artwork· Work closely in collaboration with our product managers to achieve the best outcome for our customers· Manage workflow to ensure all projects are completed to deadlines and to the highest qualityThis position offers the right person a fantastic opportunity to work across an extensive range of homeware products including Ceramics, Bakeware, Cookware, Health & Wellness and Entertaining following everyday and seasonal trends. We are looking for a passionate designer who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environments and is willing to go the extra mile to see the job through to completion. Skills and experience required:· Bachelor of Communication Design, Visual Communication or equivalent· Minimum of 2 years industry experience preferred, but not mandatory· Have an understanding of creating and working with die-lines· Basic knowledge of print production· Strong attention to detail· Ability to be highly organized and multi-task· Confidence and ability to work to fast and unpredictable deadlines· ASAP start date*** Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & Acrobat)*** Experience/Knowledge/Familiarity with housewares products a PLUS!Benefits401(k) matchingPTOPaid sick timeSalary Range $55 - $65,000 commensurate with experience If you feel you would be suited to this role please email resume and portfolio showing examples of your best work.
