Graphic Designer | Norwich A well-established UK prize competition brand is entering an exciting period of growth following its acquisition by a major international digital lottery and entertainment group.The business has built a strong presence in the UK, with a particular focus on performance and luxury cars, alongside cash, technology and other high-value prizes. As the brand continues to grow, they’re now looking for a Graphic Designer to join their creative and content team in Norwich.This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys creating commercial digital content across a variety of channels, from paid social campaigns and promotional artwork to website graphics, prize imagery and interactive game content.The roleGraphics for marketing campaigns and social media advertisingPromotional artwork for new competitionsPrize thumbnails covering cars, cash, technology and luxury productsVisual themes and supporting assets for interactive gamesEditing and retouching car, property and product photographyAdapting artwork for websites, email, social media and paid advertisingCreating backgrounds, concepts and creative variations using AI tools where appropriateMaintaining a consistent visual identity across all brand artworkYou’ll work closely with the content, paid media, email and wider marketing teams, so this is a collaborative role with plenty of variety.What they’re looking forPrevious experience in a graphic design or digital design roleA strong portfolio demonstrating commercial and digital design workStrong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skillsA good understanding of typography, layout, colour and compositionThe ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesAn understanding of social media and digital advertisingThe package includes 25 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays, pension contributions of up to 7.5%, enhanced sick pay after probation, and an Employee Assistance Programme with mental health support and 24/7 GP services.If you’re a Graphic Designer based in Norwich and are open to a new opportunity, I’d be interested in hearing from you.
