About the JobWe’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic design, visual composition, typography, and branding, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. If you’re passionate about creating visually appealing designs and turning ideas into engaging visual content, we’d love to hear from you!Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesDesign creative visuals for social media posts, digital ads, banners, and marketing campaigns.Create branding materials, presentations, illustrations, infographics, and other promotional materials.Develop creative concepts and visual layouts based on project briefs and marketing requirements.Edit and enhance images, layouts, typography, and compositions to ensure high-quality output.Create designs for both digital platforms and print materials as required.Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.Collaborate with the creative, content, marketing, and production teams to develop effective visual content.Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and screen sizes.Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and creative techniques.Manage multiple design tasks, maintain organized files, meet deadlines, and handle other tasks assigned by management.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.2–3 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field preferred.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.Understanding of branding, social media design, and digital marketing creatives.Basic knowledge of print design and production requirements is an advantage.Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of visual aesthetics.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Good communication, time management, and multitasking skills.A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work is preferred.What We OfferProfessional growth opportunities.A creative and collaborative work environment.Exposure to diverse client projects and campaigns.Opportunities to develop design skills and advance your career.To apply, DM us or send your CV and portfolio to hr@ads.com.np.
