The team is committed to measurable quality, timely delivery, and flexible, custom design solutions for architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site GRC Draftsman role based at our facility in Ajman, UAE. The GRC Draftsman will prepare detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings for GRC and GRP elements such as cladding, domes, minarets, screens, cornices, and decorative components in coordination with project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting architectural and structural drawings, developing accurate 2D/3D drawings and layouts, updating drawings based on design changes, and ensuring dimensional accuracy for mould making and installation. The role involves close collaboration with design, production, and site teams to resolve technical issues, support QA/QC requirements, and align drawings with project schedules. The GRC Draftsman will also maintain organized drawing records and contribute to efficient communication with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.Qualifications Strong CAD and drafting skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software, with experience creating detailed GRC/GRP shop and fabrication drawings.Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings, with sound knowledge of building components, façades, and decorative elements.Experience in preparing 2D and 3D layouts, sections, and details for cladding, domes, screens, cornices, and other architectural features.Understanding of construction tolerances, site measurements, and coordination between design, production, and installation teams.Attention to detail, accuracy in dimensions and documentation, and familiarity with QA/QC practices in manufacturing or construction.Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and respond to design revisions quickly.Previous experience in GRC/GRP,
