As a (Junior) GRC Consultant at RiskRhino, you sit at the intersection of technology, regulation, and client success. You work directly with clients to implement and optimise the RiskRhino platform, translate complex compliance requirements into practical workflows, and help organisations build lasting GRC maturity. This role is ideal forsomeone who wants to grow fast: you'll learn by doing, guided by a team of seasoned GRC professionals, and you'll have real impact from day one.________________________________________What You'll Do•    Onboard and guide clients in configuring the RiskRhino platform to their specific GRC needs•    Translate regulatory frameworks (DORA, ISO 27001, GDPR, ESG, EU AI Act) into practical platform setups and orkflows•    Support implementation projects•    Design and implement new processes•    Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and compliance reviews alongside clients•    Build and maintain dashboards, questionnaires, control libraries, and reporting templates•    Support clients during audits and help them demonstrate compliance maturity•    Collaborate with product and development teams to share client insights and shape platform improvements•    Stay current on regulatory developments and proactively advise clients on implications________________________________________What You Bring•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business) IT, Law, Risk Management, Information Security, Public Administration, Economics or a related field•    Affinity with GRC frameworks and regulations (prior experience is a plus, not a must)•    Analytical mindset with a talent for structuring complexity•    Research and interpretation skills•    Strong communication skills — you can explain compliance topics inplain language•    Client-oriented and proactive attitude•    Fluent in Dutch and English both spoken and written•    Curiosity about AI and how it transforms risk & compliance________________________________________Nice to Have•    Familiarity with ISO 27001, DORA, GDPR, or NIS2•    Experience with GRC tools or SaaS platforms•    Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer•    Prior consultancy or client-facing experience•    Interest in the financial services or industrial sectors________________________________________What We OfferAt RiskRhino we work hard for our clients and we believe in a good balance.
