Com, B.Tech, CA, ACCA or MBA in FinanceAdditional qualifications/ certifications required:None.Preferable additional certifications: Globally acceptedcertifications in IA & Risk managementPreferred geography of previouswork experience: India / Middle East / APACLanguage requirements: Ability to write and speak fluentlyin English.Key responsibility areas:Assist the team in executing BFSI and Corporate client engagements with a focus on the following:Partner with client stakeholders to understand business processes, risk management practices, and compliance requirements.Lead and support implementation of GRC solutions across client environments.Configure product workflows, assessments, risk registers, controls, reporting, and dashboards based on client requirements.Provide expertise on Operational Risk Management (ORM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Compliance Management, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) use cases.Work closely with Product Management to provide feedback on customer requirements, feature enhancements, and product roadmap priorities.Perform data analysis and reporting to identify insights, trends, and potential risk indicators.Assist in data migration, integrations, and onboarding activities during client implementations.Support user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation validation, and production rollout activities.Create implementation documentation, solution designs, and best-practice recommendations.Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout implementation and adoption journeys.Deep understanding of process risk and controls,along with associated compliance requirementsStrong understanding of financial servicesindustry, businesses, regulators, and their rolesResponsible for preparation of proposals, pitchdecks, presenting in client meetingsand thought leadership documents.Problem-solving skills i.e., conceptual, and analytical thinkingExcellent MS-Excel, Word and PPT skillsImportant information to note before applying for this position:Mandatory experience required: NAWork permit requirements: Indian Citizen or holding a valid work permit to work in India Period of engagement: Full-timeProbation period: 6 monthsCompensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person.
