GRC RSA Archer Specialist

ResponsibilitiesSupport and develop RSA Archer applications.Configure workflows, applications, fields, dashboards, and reports.Support GRC, Risk, Compliance, and Control processes.Troubleshoot platform, integration, and application issues.Support changes, upgrades, testing, deployments, and releases.Perform incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, business users, and vendors.Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.RequirementsBSc. degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related field.3+ Yrs of hands-on RSA Archer experience.Strong experience in RSA Archer configuration/customization.Good understanding of GRC, Risk, Compliance, Controls, and Assessment workflows.Experience with integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and platform support.Ability to support upgrades, configuration changes, testing, and deployments.Good understanding of ITIL-based Incident, Change, and Release processes.Strong communication and coordination skills.English & Arabic required.Ability to work onsite in Riyadh or offshore, depending on project requirements.
