GRC RSA Archer Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and develop RSA Archer applications.Configure workflows, applications, fields, dashboards, and reports.Support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes and user requests.Troubleshoot platform, workflow, and integration issues.Support platform upgrades, testing, deployment, and configuration changes.Perform regression testing and post-upgrade validation when required.Maintain technical and operational documentation.Participate in knowledge-transfer activities and coordinate with business and technical teams.RequirementsBSc. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.3+ Yrs of relevant RSA Archer experience.Hands-on experience with RSA Archer configuration and customization.Good understanding of GRC processes, risk, compliance, controls, and assessment workflows.Experience with integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and workflow configuration.Experience supporting configuration changes, upgrades, and regression testing.Ability to work in enterprise production and managed-services environments.
