GRC Supervisor

Job Summary: The GRC Supervisor is responsible for leading and executing the organization’s governance, risk, and compliance activities.The role combines hands-on implementation with oversight responsibilities to ensure effective internal controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices across the organization.The position plays a key role in establishing GRC foundations, supporting departments in implementation, and ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.Responsibilities: Develop and implement corporate governance frameworks, policies, and proceduresDevelop risk mitigation plans in coordination with business unitsConduct compliance reviews and internal assessmentsManage whistleblowing channels and reporting mechanismsConduct or support investigations into compliance issuesWork closely with all departments to implement GRC requirementsCoordinate with Internal Audit, external consultants, and regulatorsAct as a focal point for governance, risk, and compliance mattersDevelop and deliver GRC awareness sessionsJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, Risk, Compliance, Law, or related field , Master's Degree would be an added advantage.Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in the same or related field.IFsahGRCP (GRC Professional) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and coordination skills
