We are committed to providing learners with globally recognized programs, practical training, and industry-relevant skills that empower professionals to thrive in diverse sectors.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced GRI Certified Sustainability Consultant / Trainer to join our academy. The selected professional will design and deliver training programs that prepare participants to successfully achieve GRI certification and apply sustainability reporting standards in real-world contexts.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional training sessions (virtual and in-person) aligned with GRI Standards.
• Develop curriculum, mock exam materials, and practical case studies for learners.
• Guide professionals through sustainability reporting, materiality assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide consultancy insights on interoperability with CSRD/ESRS and ISSB frameworks.
• Support the academy’s mission of advancing sustainability education and professional development.Qualifications & Experience
• Active GRI Certified Sustainability Professional credential (mandatory).
• 5+ years of corporate sustainability reporting experience, including authoring or auditing GRI-aligned reports.
• 2+ years of professional training/teaching experience with adult learners.
• Strong expertise in materiality assessments and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with CSRD/ESRS and ISSB (IFRS S1 & S2) frameworks.
• Proven ability to design curricula and facilitate both online and onsite workshops.Preferred Profiles
