This includes managing product assortment, pricing, and displays, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely ordering and stock rotation to minimize waste and avoid shortages. The role involves leading and scheduling team members, coaching staff to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service, and promoting a safe, clean, and organized store environment. The Grocery Manager tracks sales performance, implements promotional activities, analyzes department metrics, and collaborates with other store leaders to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Regular engagement with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders is expected to maintain strong relationships and support continuous improvement.Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.Experience in supermarkets or grocery retail operations, including familiarity with store procedures and merchandising standards.Proven sales skills, with the ability to drive department performance through effective promotions and product positioning.Knowledge of inventory control practices, including stock management, loss prevention, and basic reporting.Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within retail or a related sector.Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage schedules, and handle performance feedback constructively.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.Basic proficiency in retail systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with POS and inventory software is an advantage.Relevant educational background in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial for local customer and team interactions.
