Reports to the Store Operations Manager and Market Lead.Stocks, rotates, merchandises and faces products according to department proceduresEnsures all grocery items are merchandised attractively as per quality standardsRotates products according to First In First Out (FIFO) standardsMaintains and organizes back-stock and warehouse storage areas according to department standardsAdheres to all guidelines about product recommendations and informationCommunicates department’s needs, adjustments and problems promptly and efficiently to managerMaintains a safe and clean work environment in compliance with department, federal and state regulationsPerforms light cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting and packaging disposal as necessaryPerforms other duties as required or assignedQualificationsPositive attitude and ability to work well with a team Verbal and written communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious stocking experience in a retail setting preferredJob RequirementsAvailability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including nights and weekendsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squattingAbility to use a hand truck, cart, box cutter, ladder and cleaning suppliesCompensation: This position pays a base rate of $17 - $19 per hour.Additional InformationBenefits and PerksMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Parental Leave401K with match or RRSPBonus programFree family meal dailyDiscounts at EatalyClasses on products and Italian cuisineReferral bonus programand more!
