Ground Operation Agent – Supervisor

Operating across multiple markets, we are committed to transforming waste into value while safeguarding the environment, supporting our communities, and driving operational excellence.OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure smooth and efficient execution of operational activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily field operations and ensure activities are carried out as per operational plans and company standards.Manage and coordinate drivers, crew, and operational staff to ensure effective deployment and productivity.Monitor attendance, shift schedules, vehicle deployment, and manpower requirements.Ensure operational activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within the required timelines.Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and internal departments to address operational requirements and concerns.Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HSE requirements.Conduct regular site visits and monitor service quality and operational performance.Handle operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.Prepare and maintain daily operational reports, attendance records, and other required documentation.Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and other operational resources.Knowledge and ExperienceDiploma/Degree in Business Administration or a relevant fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience in operations supervision, preferably in waste management, facilities management, logistics, or a similar field.Previous experience managing drivers, field teams, and manpower is preferred.Strong communication and team management skills.Good knowledge of field operations, scheduling, and workforce coordination.Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.If you think you have what it takes to make the world a cleaner place, if you can see value where others see waste and if you aren’t afraid of a challenge, why not start your journey with us today.Averda welcomes candidates from all backgrounds, actively promotes diversity in the workforce, and is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED*
