Ground Operation Team Member

The Ground Operation Team Member supports daily last mile delivery operations by receiving, organizing, verifying, and handing over orders to riders and drivers. The role ensures smooth and timely dispatch, maintains a safe and organized hub, and escalates operational issues when required.The role works closely with Ground Operation Supervisors, riders, drivers, Order Care, Acquisition, and hub,warehouse teams to maintain smooth and efficient delivery operations. The Ground Operation Team Member is also responsible for maintaining a safe and organized working environment, supporting peak-demand operations, and escalating operational issues when required.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent0-2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, warehousing, or operations; fresh graduates are welcomeAbility to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when requiredBasic computer skillsGood attention to detail and time managementAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
