WE’RE HIRING | Ground Operations Manager / Post Holder – Business AviationGulf Wings is seeking an experienced Ground Operations Manager / Post Holder to join our team in the UAE.This is a senior role with responsibility for the leadership, regulatory compliance, operational performance and commercial effectiveness of our Ground Operations and OCC/Dispatch functions.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and develop the Ground Operations and OCC/Dispatch team• Ensure compliance with UAE GCAA requirements and company procedures• Oversee daily aircraft operations, flight planning, permits, handling, fuel and operational support• Manage and negotiate with ground handlers, fuel suppliers and other service providers• Negotiate supplier contracts, rates and commercial agreements• Review operational costs and supplier invoices and drive effective cost control• Manage departmental performance, staffing, rostering and operational standards• Coordinate closely with Flight Operations, CAMO, Safety, Compliance, Finance and Commercial teamsCandidate Profile:• Strong business aviation/OCC/dispatch/ground operations experience• Sound knowledge of UAE GCAA regulatory requirements• Proven team leadership and management capability• Strong commercial, negotiation and cost-control skills• Good understanding of aviation invoicing and operational charges• Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving abilities• Previous GCAA Post Holder experience is a strong advantageLocation: UAETo apply: Submit your CV through LinkedIn together with a brief note outlining your relevant business aviation experience, current/previous Post Holder responsibilities (if applicable), UAE/GCAA experience and current location/availability.Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly for the next stage of the selection process.#BusinessAviation #AviationJobs #GroundOperations #UAEAviation #AviationManagement
