Through Tharwah Consulting, Tharwah Academy, Amjad Watan and Tharwah Technologies, we help government and private-sector organizations build the workforce and leadership capability that Vision 2030 demands. We also build Taqm, an agentic AI workforce platform. We are now applying AI to our own organization: transactional work run by AI agents, every agent owned by a named person, and every leader equipped with agents that help them manage and decide better. We need the person who will make that real. The roleYou will lead the group-wide AI agenda, moving from strategy to agents running in production and being used every week. You will sit in the Group's Strategy & Performance Office and work directly with executive leadership and the heads of every subsidiary and shared function. This is not a research role or an advisory role. You will be measured on agents that are live, processes that cost less, and leaders who actually use what you deliver. What you will do in your first 12 monthsTake the first wave of AI agents into production across finance, procurement, bids, government portals and customer experience. Each agent will have a named owner, a service level, controls and an audit trail.Set a cost-per-transaction baseline for every process before automation, then report the savings actually achieved.Roll out leadership agents for executives and managers, and drive real weekly adoption, not licence counts.Write agent specifications and evaluation sets, and accept or reject builds from our internal technology team.Build the AI governance model with Legal and Internal Audit: data access by role, PDPL compliance, SDAIA AI ethics principles and NCA controls.Build a network of process owners and AI champions across the group, and grow their capability.Turn our internal programme into a reference case for Tharwah's Workforce AI Enablement offering to clients. What you bring (required)10+ years of experience, including at least two operating-model or process transformations where technology went live and adoption was measured.Hands-on experience building AI agents or LLM-based workflows that people use in practice: prompts, tool use, evaluation and failure handling. You can show us something you built.Strong process architecture skills, from policy and procedure down to workflow and ERP configuration.A record of changing how middle managers work, with data to prove it.The ability to build business cases and track the savings actually achieved.Professional fluency in Arabic and English, and credibility with senior Saudi executives.Nice to haveShared services, finance operations or HR operations transformation experienceOdoo or another major ERP (SAP, Oracle) at process or configuration levelExperience in a listed company or regulated environmentConsulting or professional services background, combined with in-house deliveryWho you areYou build things and stay humble about it. You kill pilots that aren't working. You are comfortable telling a senior leader that their process is broken, and comfortable being measured on hard numbers. You believe AI agents should carry out the work while people stay accountable for decisions. What we offerA mandate across the whole group, with direct access to executive leadershipA real organization to transform, not a slide deckPerformance-linked pay, with variable pay tied to value deliveredThe chance to build the Saudi reference case for AI-enabled organizationsSaudi nationals are strongly encouraged to apply. How to applyApply through LinkedIn and answer the screening questions.
