Are you ready to join us on this journey?What You'll Be Doing?Lead and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial planning processes across the organization.Manage monthly closing activities related to SAP Profitability Analysis (PA) and support the consolidation process.Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely management reports, including P&L, sales, OPEX, inventory, NWC, KPI, and variance analyses by country, category, and brand.Analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior management.Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, scenario modeling, and ad-hoc reports.Collaborate closely with local and international business units to ensure consistency and accuracy in budgeting and reporting activities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in reporting, budgeting, and financial planning processes by enhancing tools, systems, and reporting methodologies.Take an active role in SAP reporting infrastructure improvements and support digitalization and automation projects.Guide and mentor team members, ensuring knowledge sharing and supporting their professional development.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial visibility and business performance.Who We're Looking For?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in preferably within FMCG or manufacturing environments,Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, consolidation, and performance analysis.Advanced knowledge of SAP, preferably including PA and CO modules.Advanced level of MS Excel knowledge is required,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.Experience in mentoring or coordinating team members is preferred.Excellent command of English.The Opportunities of Joining Us:At Evyap, you are not just joining a company; you are becoming part of a global success story.
